ShirakiPhoto Update: As posted in my last entry, I have just recently moved out of Vegas and to the Bay Area. I’m settling in at my new job quite well but had the itch to produce a new car photo for myself and for my viewers. I dug through my archives and found a half finished photo of a SLS AMG so decided to finally complete it.
I’m slowly getting through this set but here’s the second shot I just finished today. I just dragged and dropped my 11 layers of color/curve adjustments on to this picture, cropped it, cleaned it up a bit, and it now meshes well with the previous shot. Enjoy!
After many requests, I’m finally giving in and for the first time I’m offering ultra high res wallpaper for all of you to enjoy. *Download here*
Car: 2006 Ford GT
About the shot: I have a shot list for every full feature I do. I learned to do this from the amazing photographer Steve Demmitt when I shot for JTuned. Basically I have a check list of all the shots I need to get so I don’t forget any. This includes front straight, rear, profile 3/4 front, 3/4 rear, rims, mirrors, headlights, emblems, badges, interior, etc. And I just finished this shot which would be the profile shot of the set.
Car: Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce in Bianco Canopus (matte white)
Where: Down town Las Vegas
How: I usually have pretty good shots straight out of the camera but this was a reject because it required too much work. I then had some free time so I thought I’d show you exactly how I transformed this picture.
